Informative note and processing of personal data
As per art. 13 of the Decree 196/2003, "Personal data protection code", all the personal data supplied by the data subject shall be treated for purposes regarding our corporate objectives.
The processing of personal data shall mean any operation, or set of operations, concerning the collection, recording, organization, keeping, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data.
The personal data shall be processed within our Company for purposes concerning the qualification of the user as a registered user, the implementation of marketing policies, as well as for the purposes concerning legal obligations and decisions made by competent authorities.
The data shall be processed in accordance with the regulations in force, particularly with regard to confidentiality, personal identity and transparency, in order to assure safety and confidentiality. The processing of personal data takes place through paper, electronic and telematic media, including Internet.
Furthermore:
- Communication of personal data is necessary to be qualified as a registered user, to fulfill any future information and service requests and to implement the activities needed to define the marketing policies.
- The refusal to supply data shall entail the impossibility of recording the user in the files used for statistical purposes for the definition of marketing strategies, for granting the privileges linked with the position of qualified user and for answering the information and service requests.
- The data may be communicated to external subjects which carry out specific tasks for our Company in relation to the above-mentioned purposes.
The data subjects may exercise their rights as per art. 7 of Decree 196/2003.
