Payment modalities
Payment of any of the goods purchased through Kosmen.com may be made using a Visa and Mastercard credit card. Other forms of payment must be agreed upon when the order is placed. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Shipping and delivery
Kosmen.com shall deliver the purchased products through express carrier only (TNT). All the costs shall be charged to the buyer. The total shipping costs shall be indicated in the order.
Product warranty
All the products marketed by Kosmen.com are guaranteed in compliance with the regulations in force.
Receiving the products
The customer must verify that the number of packages received matches the number indicated in the transportation documents. In addition, the customer must verify that the boxes are integral, with no cuts or slashes along the packaging. If any of the boxes should be damaged, immediately inform the carrier and sign the receipt with reservation.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by forwarding, within 10 working days from the reception of the goods, a written communication to the following geographical address:

Communication can be anticipated, within the time limits, by telegram, telex and facsimile also, on condition that it will be confirmed through certified mail within the following 48 hours.
This communication must contain the codes of the products being returned and indicate the way in which refund should be done (data or any other bank information).
Within the same period of time the consumer is responsible for returning the products in the original conditions and packaging to the same address from which the parcel was sent. Returning the products will be upon customers expense and responsibility.
Once the products are receipt and verified, we will proceed to refund the money through the way indicated by the customer on the written communication, withholding, when necessary the amount for any shipment expenses, which will always be on customer’s charge. |
